We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The items must be returned within 14 days of the Shipping date (from Rachel Reinhardt to you) in unworn and perfect condition. Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Ship prepaid and insured with the box securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
You must email info@RachelReinhardt.com for a return authorization number. Remember the item must not be worn with the tags still attached.
We will not issue credits for items without a return authorization.
